ENGINEER
(PLANNING/SITE/M&E/QAQC)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Construction Manager to resolve on the technical issue.
- To ensure all planned activities are running smoothly & executed as well as to resolve construction problems on site.
- To attend meetings and inspections, monitor & coordinate progress of work and quality assurance.
- To coordinate among the different disciplines of the works to achieve an integrated flow of the construction activities.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum qualification of Degree in Civil, M&E Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-6 years working experiences in Infrastructure/Building projects.
- Knowledge of Macro & Micro Project Planning and implementation.
- Sound knowledge of contractual procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with client, consultants, sub- contractors and authorities.
- Able to resolve technical and contractual issues to avoid any possible delay.
- Able to plan, direct, manage, monitor, control and coordinate the assigned scope of works in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specifications and cost.
Additional Requirements:
- Computer literate and competent in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management Software i.e Primavera / MS Project (For Planning Engineer)
- Well Verse in Managing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Project (For M&E Engineer)
- Knowledge in CIDB QLASSIC would be an advantage.(For QAQC Engineer)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and well verse in Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) scope of works.(For QAQC Engineer)
- Preferably with design experience in M&E and Plumbing works (For M&E Engineer)
- Experience in Hospital/High Rise, Road Work, Highway and multimillion projects is an added advantage.
