- Responsible for Hong Kong and Singapore invoices involving:
- adding vendors to the billing tool from Salesforce data,
- ensuring all active vendors are invoiced,
- Thorough invoice correctness checks for Singapore, liaising closely with SG finance team.
- VIP vendor finance account manager for key accounts in Singapore
- Prepare credit/debit note to vendor
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Support or equivalent.
