Job Description
As a Senior Social Media Specialist of Digital Marketing, the key objective will be providing the guidance and leadership to optimize customer satisfaction and to ensure customer sustainability.
Role & responsibilities
Key Initiative would involve –
· Creating & delivery social media strategy in close with Director
· Providing direction and leadership to a growing team of key experience social media specialist & creative team.
· Assign & leverage new & assisting task within team.
· Optimize resources to maximize output productivities.
General Responsibilities will include:
Liaise with client
· Understand client digital marketing structure & problem
· Take client brief and gather project requirements
· Compile project materials
· Send project update to client via email or via telephone call
· Follow up items that require client feedback
· Delivery online marketing materials , obtain approvals and collect feedback from clients
· Ensure client provide necessary material for production to meet the agree dateline
Plan, create & execute content on Social Media channel
· Schedule up new / additional project
· Strategy the best social media solution to meet client objective & target
- Sales channel
- Customer service channel
- PR channel
- Campaign channel
- Sponsor ads
- Real time news coverage channel
- Interacting with most famous Fans
- Interacting with 3rd parties selling platform
· Conduct research on client product / services.
· Write posting & schedule content
· Prepare job description / brief to ensure production team understand what is required from the client, and ensure that all materials as delivered on time
Monitor page activity & analytics
· Prepare weekly / monthly reporting to client
· Analysis report and provide relevant insight to client for better decision
· Reply & follow up on comment, enquiry and complaint according to specific client guideline & job scope.
· Manage client social media channel by using Social media Listening tools & Social media analytics tools.
Achievement
· Identify & direct highly skilled social media specialist to develop pool of loyalty clientele.
· Maximize productivity output to meet KPI given
· Understand latest industry development
· Ensure service always advance then other competitor
· Define team operation process and delegate task.
Requirement:
•Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 2 year(s) of hands-on execution of social media strategies across multiple channels, including using social media management platforms and executing social media ad campaigns
•Deep understanding of brand engagement, social media tracking and monitoring and reporting.
•Demonstrated experience developing creative and successful content
•Experience within the advertising/promotion industry is a plus.
•Exceptional professionalism, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work seamlessly with the agency account team and creative team
•Experience in blogger outreach and influencer marketing preferred
•Ability to work independently across multiple projects
•Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marekting/Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
