ROLE PURPOSE
Effectively execute plans on the assigned category segment by strong follow up on brand development plan & strategy, revenue growth management strategy, research and insights, future category opportunities and integrated marketing communication activation in support of the direct line manager and aligned with total company growth objectives and strategic roadmap.
Play an important contributing role to foster good relationships across cross-functional teams, operating effectiveness, team spirit and collaborative culture across the Marketing Team and within the organization
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Marketing Strategy
- Executive short term growth strategies. Follow up on plans set by line manager to ensure timeliness
Media & Communication Plan
- Follow up execution plan of A&P spend for product's ATL communication, working together with line manager & Media Manager to ensure timeliness
Marketing Launch Plans
- Executive consumer marketing launch plans for assigned projects on product innovations, product re-launches or category thematic P1 campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up pint of contact for cross functional team on providing information, planning, task segregation for the campaigns.
- Follow up point of contact to manage external agencies/ business partners to meet campaign deliverables.
Market Research
- Executive and value add to research projects planned in support of line manager
Brand Image & Brand Standard
- Check and ensure brand guidelines are executed without errors for all internal and external products brand communications
Finance & Budgeting
- Financially able to track and monitor A&P spending, recommend product pricing analysis and help out in budget planning process and budget reviews.
Team Management
- Work self well in a positive and mature manner with cross functional team to deliver business objectives.
- Self-initiated to own career development plan.
- Actively provide and seek feedback from line managers and colleagues.
Others
- Update Direct Line Manager on the status of the principle accountabilities on the basis of internal and external information: market research for brand image, usage & market share.
- Complete standard monthly reporting templates as required by category assigned in a timely and date accurate manner.
- Shall be responsible for the safe-keeping and updating of the medical devices list and provide the products artworks
- To perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
- Degree holder in Business/Marketing/ Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce
- High fluency in English, other languages is a plus
- Microsoft office
- AC Nielsen software

Experience
- 1 year consumer brand marketing experience within similar capacity of MNC FMCG preferred.
- Fresh graduates with high passion for beauty marketing are considered
