Position : Customer Service Relation (CSR)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Required languages: English
- Organised and effective time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess strong sense of responsibility
- Adaptable to fast paced working environment
- Ability to multitask and to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good track record of past performance and attendance will be an added advantage
- Candidates with more than a year of customer service experience are a plus
- Able to compose professional business emails
- Good typing skills
Job descriptions:
- Manage and resolve incoming emails professionally
- Work hand-in-hand with internal/ external departments to resolve escalations
- Responsible for maintaining email SLA
- Adhere to company SOP and policies
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned as required by business needs
