Position : Shipping QA Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Use software to track, check, prioritise and route orders
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
- Keep track on returned items and manage return inventories
- Ensure compliance to each countries' customs regulations and company policies
- Validate invoices fro different 3PLs and improve shipping cost
- Report to a manager on performances and issues
Requirements:
- 1~3 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics industry
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
