Position : Cosmetics Brand Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging & relevant NA trends to help drive global product innovation pipeline and product messaging
- Provide Global marketing with feedback during the product development process, inclusive of market gaps, formula, shades and messaging
- Develop clear and engaging messaging that differentiates the product from the competition
- Closely partner with the copywriter, education and pro to craft product message
- Manage the promotional development process, inclusive of all aspects from concept to launch
- Develop project timelines and monitor the process to meet all due dates and budgets through smart decision-making, forward thinking and outstanding communication skills
Qualifications
- 5 years cosmetic industry experience
- Thorough knowledge of beauty landscape
- Ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the beauty landscape
- Product marketing and promotional development experience
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage timelines. Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adaptable to change
- Effective Communicator. Able to build relationships
- Great team player; positive attitude
- Strong ethic and integrity
