Jobs may cover, and not limited to, the followings:
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
- Processing claims, expenses sheets and invoices.
- Covering the reception desk when required.
- Maintaining computerized and manual filing systems.
- Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Taking accurate minutes of meetings.
- Coordinating office procedures.
- Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing the post.
- Answering telephone calls and passing them on.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
Requirements:
- Those who are willing to undergo short term placement contract, minimum 2 months up to 6 months.
- Possess good academic qualification, SPM is a must.
- Basic knowhow in utilising Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills both English and Malay. Third language ability is added advantage.
- Willing to work extra hours.
