Responsibilities:
- To grow business through distribution channels – Agents, Franchise and Banks.
- Manage Agents, which include but not limited to recruitment, training, conducting performance analysis and providing servicing/problem solving for new business and renewal issues.
- Conduct relationship management external visits to Agents, Franchise and Banks
- Provide support in the absence of marketer
- Participate in campaign tracking/campaign monitoring/post-mortem reviews
- Provide first line underwriting for simple cases and conduct site/risk surveys
- Follow up on CBC & premium warranty after initial chase
- Prepare sales planning/activity reports
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma & Degree in any field
- AMII / ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications
- Familiar with General Insurance Product Knowledge is a must
- Possess good presentation and negotiation skills
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and good team player
