The Asset Manager aims in providing customers with the flexibility for selecting what level of personalization they need to help them improve asset manageability. The service helps customers proactively manage their assets so that they can get maximum value out of their product investments and mitigate risks.
Key Deliverables:
- Interpret raw data sets and conduct Install Base data analysis/audits
- Account readiness, On boarding & Kick off with customer
- Customer engagement with on-site business reviews and participate in client calls and potential on-site visits
- Analytics & Audits on IB and Service compliance
- Reporting – Periodic reporting and customization as per customer request
- Life cycle Planning & management – Products & Services Optimization
- Management of End to End Processes - Establish & Deliver project milestones
- Ensuring hardware and software asset management is delivered as agreed
- Provide internal opportunities and support to increase revenue
- Ideal Requirements and Skills:
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of IT Idustry / IT Asset Management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable results in building and leading collaborative teams
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Permanent role based in Sydney, Australia.
- Prefer local Australian/PR.
