REQUIREMENT :-
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic.
Registered and good knowledge in American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) will be an added advantage.
Experience in Process Cooling Water (PCW) and Air Compressor and its related system is an added advantage.
Working experience in Solar Fab, Semiconductor major in HVAC is an added advantage.
Knowledge in HVAC System, relevant to Solar Fab or Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
Familiar with OHSA, FMA, EQA, UBBL, BOMBA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and relevant industrial standards.
Knowledge in SPC/ FMEA/ 8D / 7QC Tools/ HIRAC/ EASI / 5S’.
Knowledge in Class 100, 1,000, 10K, 100K cleanroom standards.
Knowledge in Auto CAD, SCADA (FMS), CMMS, is an added advantage.
Must be a result-driven person, self-motivated, strong commitment, a good team player, high integrity with positive working attitude and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Must be physically fit and capable of carrying out the daily routine job with respect to plant’s requirement.
Knowledge in ASHREA is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Lead a group of experienced facility staff in maintenance of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning system (HVAC) and its auxiliary.
Responsible for the safe and smooth operation, manpower supervision, cost management and system design.
Assist a group of Operation & Maintenance team to operate and carry out maintenance of the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning system.
Liaison with the contractor and business partner to carryout routing preventive maintenance task in ensuring zero interruption to system operation.
Establish, review, improvise operation and maintenance manual, SOP, FMEA, Control Plan, HIRAC, Work Instruction, OCAP and other relevant documentation.
Ensuring plant operation condition is fully comply with the legal requirement at all time.
Develop predictive, preventive and total productive maintenance program for facility system and handover to Operation and Preventive Maintenance Team.
Work with production team to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to factory output.
Work with executive team on project budgets and timeline and manage and track projects to achieve departmental KPI.
Perform internal audit in sustaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other relevant certification and support external audit including regulatory audit.
Implement cost saving activity in supporting departmental goal.
Conduct system training to Facility staff and other relevant personnel.
