REQUIREMENT :-
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Economics / Finance / Business / Engineering.
Professional certification like CIPS, CPM is an added advantage.
Certified internal or external auditors is preferred.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar role is required is preferred. Engineering working experience is an added advantage.
Experience in ERP system (Oracle, SAP or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience raw material purchases (Chemical, gas, ink, metal, sputtering targets and packaging) or services (Labor supply, IT, insurance, cleanroom consumable, transportation and training).
Experience in Solar, Semiconductor and Electronics Industry is an added advantage.
Good process thinking and innovative thinking skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
To ensure raw material and services availability to support manufacturing.
To ensure continuous cost savings through negotiation and value engineering projects.
To ensure compliance to all internal and external audit requirements.
Supporting and executing sourcing strategy.
Negotiate for cost savings and actively involved in value engineering activities.
Ensure no line down situation due to a supply shortage.
Comply and execute company change management policy.
Monitor and Execute KPI requirements.
Support manufacturing needs and requirements.
Maintain ERP system.
Develop demand and forecast plan for responsible commodities and communicate timely to suppliers.
Creates purchase orders, obtain approval and monitor/follow-up on delivery and ensure of compliances to company policy and procedures.
Ensure no overdue open PO.
Supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation & management.
To support and comply with company policy and QEHS requirements.
Develop contract when needed.
Participating in cross functional team activities.
Follow up and ensure execution for key projects.
Assist and align with superior on department KPI.
