- Ensure display units & items are consistently attractive, up-to date with marketing plans.

Responsibilities of Retail Supervisor ( Salary from RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 depends on experience)
Manage retail staff in all WPS outlets that is directly under FUJIFILM.
Monitor store displays, updates on new products and services including updating the information to dealers WPS outlet .
Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees and their job performance.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
Organize and distribute staff schedules.
Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets and assist them in handling customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Submission of daily /weekly/monthly reports on outlets performance.
