Position : Mandarin Speaking Customer Care Agents
Responsibilities:
- Monitor personal locations on order delivery
- Liase with riders on delivery status
- Responsible to manage all orders within the area
- manage delivery system and coordinate with riders
Requirements:
- Min Certificate or Diploma
- Good communication skills ( Mandarin, English & Malay)
- Experience in Customer service
- Willing to work on weekends, Public holidays and shift hours
- Possess own transportation
