Position : ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Main Role:

Assist Account/Finance Manager in daily accounting functions.

 Job Descriptions:

  • Performing daily operation such as account payable, account receivable, general ledger & cashbook.
  • Able to handle accounts book keeping.
  • Maintain cashbook and perform monthly reconciliation.
  • To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.
  • To assist in monthly GST submission.
  • To perform accounts data entry into accounting system.
  • Manage customer statement of accounts and update receipts.
  • Prepare payments to vendors, suppliers and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques)
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
  • General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
  • Prepare monthly management report etc for superior to review and analyze.
  • Assist superior on general administration coordination & monitoring.
  • To multi-task and perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Female only
  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Required Language/s: English & Chinese/Mandarin
  • Knowledge of UBS and other accounting system.
  • Knowledge in GST compliance and monthly submission will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and possess knowledge in basic MS Office software such as Words & Excel.
  • Initiative, team player, integrity, self-motivation and positive attitude.
