POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Main Role:
Responsible to assist existing and potential customers by consistently exceeding their needs via superior product knowledge and an exceptional level of service.
Job Description:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Handle matters in regards to membership.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Female only
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing or its equivalent.
- Required Language/s: English, Bahasa & Chinese/Mandarin
- Good brand awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail and customer service an asset
- Strong passion in fashion, in particular of HYPE as a company and a brand
