Candidates for ALL positions in the company are required to (unless otherwise specified):
- Have a Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Marketing or related fields
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese where indicated)
- Have excellent people skills
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Be a self-motivated and results-oriented team player
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Manage multiple deadlines in an organised manner
- Have relevant media experience (but it is not essential)
- Preferably own a car
- Be a Malaysian citizen
Sales Manager
Requirements :
- Must have a proven sales record, with at least 5 years of media sales experience
- Must possess a strong network in the industry
- Should also be results-oriented and resourceful, with a good understanding of marketing and advertising trends
- Be able to market and sell advertising space to advertisers/agencies
- Fully accountable for revenue performance of assigned accounts and expected to secure new business and grow the business from existing clients
- Possess the art of persuasion and flair for making presentations
