Responsibilities:
- Meet with our new partner restaurants and welcome them onboard
- Follow procedures and bring in new ideas for improvement
- Interact closely with other members/teams in the company (content, sales, operations, finance etc.)
- Train restaurant staff on using a device and our procedures
- Handle and solve any (potential) operational issues/requests which our vendors may have
- Ensure the partner succeeds in the following weeks, perhaps with a follow-up
Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled at a University and would like to get some practical experience in a dynamic and international online company
- Excellent communication skills- fluency in English and any other local language is an added bonus
- You are a self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
- Ability to travel around the city
- Patient and detail-oriented, confident, friendly, have a strong ethic and positive attitude
- Strong people skills – outgoing personality (you must meet our partners and their staff)
- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner in fast-paced working environment
- Interested in the restaurant business
- The internship will run for minimum 3 months
