- Candidate must possess at least Profesional Certificate, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin
- Strong in Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ability to work with others in a team environment to achieve team and individual goals
- Able to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines
- Metilicious attention to details with strong focus on the accuracy of information processed
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- To key in new registration or activation into the billing system which include the documentations from Product Order System
- To upgrade customer termination into the system and update from time to time
- To generate invoice and debit note whether on monthly basis or weekly basis depends on the task requirements
- To run the commision system
- Prepare weekly and month-end billing and sales reports
- Resolve any disputes and problem should arise
- Any other ad hoc duties will be assigned from time to time
