Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or sales related area or the equivalent in training and experience
- 5-10 years additional experience in solution selling and channel business development role
- Candidate with business consulting background such as business transformation
- Knowledge in Big Data, IOT and cloud will be an added advantage
Description:
- Responsible for driving business and achieving sales targets through partners, developingand establishing a strong rapport with existing industry channels which includes, but is not limited to partners, agents and brokers.
- Develop new strategic relationships and facilitate formal agreements with other indirect channel sources to augment existing pipeline.
- Serve as critical liaison between the direct team and the channel source resulting in an "ease of doing business" experience for the channel partner.
- Establish new relationship with industry enterprises to determine if an alliance or partnership can be formed to generate additional sales oppurtinities and understand the different business models of these partners.
- Assist direct sales team bu gathering business intelligence within the marketplace to improve the Company's position, not only on specific deals, but strategically within the industry as well.
- Work cross functionally with a variety of business leaders throughout the Company includes direct sales, channel sales team, product sales, pricing and offer management, sales engineering and sales operations.
- You should have a strong background in sales and business development with knowledge and a proven ability to sell complex solutions (particularly in enterprise grade applications) to technical and non technical personnel.
