Job Description:
- Assign showroom sales executive to specific duties.
- Ensure product is correctly display and price as advertise.
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure customer receive satisfactory service.
- Keep records of purchase, sales and requisition.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employee work schedule.
- Responsible for managing and ensure targets are achieved in terms of sales efficiency
Requirement :
- Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or degree
- Posses of Leadership skill, training skill, motivation & selling skills
- At least 2-3 year (s) of similar working experience in furniture/kitchen/lighting industry
