Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the overall management of the outlet to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
- To carry day-to-day operations and improve outlet performance in term of profitability, sales revenue, customers' awareness.
- To maintain good relations with customers, promote company's products.
- Supervise, manage, train and motivate staffs.
- Handling customers' complaints.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc task from management.
- Responsible for managing a number of retail subsidiaries and ensure targets are achieved in term of sales efficiency
Requirement :
- At least 3-5 year(s) of managerial experience in retail industry
