Responsibilities:
- Materials planning and ordering based on master production schedule.
- Monitor production schedule and coordinate material supply activities with production and purchasing team.
- Monitoring material flow and ensure all materials are sufficient for smooth production.
- Coordinate with purchasing department on stock requirement and ensure timely delivery schedule.
- Controlling, managing, monitor the manufacturing inventory level to minimize obsolescence.
- Responsible for proper inventory control, weekly, monthly and annual stock take.
- To assist with any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in planning/procurement in Manufacturing industry.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Specialized in Inventory, Material and Warehouse Management.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed with high level of initiative.
- Independent, organized and ability to interact with all level.
- Able to multi-tasked and cope with pressure.
- Based in Simpang Renggam, Johor.
