Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely preparation of Management Accounting report on monthly basis.
- Ensure timely preparation of Annual Financial Report for audit.
- Provide timely cost report and cost analysis to the Management.
- To compile and prepare annual budget and quarterly review.
- Planning and monitoring weekly, monthly and yearly cashflow.
- Identification of areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary, government bodies for statutory and legislative and legislative requirements.
- To monitor and manage junior accounting staffs, continuoulsy review the costing and internal control system in order to ensuring the efficient, effective functioning of the department.
- To assist with any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
- Min. 3 years working experience in Manufacturing field.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed with a high level of initiative.
- Meticulous, independent, organized and ability to interact with all level.
- Able to multi-tasked and cope with pressure.
- Based in Simpang Renggam, Johor.
