JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in operation centre, email services and Technical helpdesk support in HQ office and outlets.
- Ensure optimal intergration of network and infrastructure to support and collaborate with the bussiness operations.
- Technical support to POS system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analyzing and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ "O" Level
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives Specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
