JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in operation centre, email services and Technical helpdesk support in HQ office and outlets.
  • Ensure optimal intergration of network and infrastructure to support and collaborate with the bussiness operations.
  • Technical support to POS system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong analyzing and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ "O" Level
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives Specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
