Job Responsibilities
- Origination, structuring and execution of Debt Markets transactions.
- Provide leadership around the preparation of presentation and marketing materials for Debt Markets transactions.
- Lead execution of Debt Market transactions including due diligence, rating process, legal documentation, submission to the relevant authorities, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other professional qualification.
- Minimum 7-10 years working experience in Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Banking, Loans Syndication or related field.
- Strong credit analysis skills and proficient in financial modelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as client relationship development and management.
- Candidates with Capital Markets and Services Representative’s Licence (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission will have an added advantage
