The Role
• Develop and maintain key platform services interfacing with large language models for conversational agents.
• Design, architect, and build innovative consumer products used daily by millions of customers.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against tight schedules.
• Lead the development and launch of core product features, influencing system architecture and best practices.
• Advance the state of the art in conversational assistant agents, directly impacting customer products and services.
What You'll Need
• Experience programming with modern languages like Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Proven experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems.
• Strong knowledge of professional software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
