The Role
• Build the platform layer connecting AI agents to physical hardware, including robots and programmable lighting.
• Design interfaces and environments for autonomous test generation, execution, and validation.
• Prototype new test bed configurations and validate their effectiveness at a miniaturized scale.
• Develop hardware abstraction interfaces for unified API control of diverse equipment.
• Create tooling and interfaces for AI agents to autonomously generate, execute, and interpret test scenarios.
• Build data pipelines for automated annotation and develop CI/CD integrations for test infrastructure.
What You'll Need
• Multiple years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java).
• Experience building data pipelines, tooling, or infrastructure for ML/AI systems.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex technical projects independently.
• Experience with hardware-software integration, IoT, robotics, or embedded systems is a plus.
