Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and develop the Installation Department
  • Build and maintain a qualified installation supplier and subcontractor base, ensuring sufficient capacity and coverage.
  • Partner with Sourcing on supplier onboarding, commercial agreements, and contracts.
  • Establish and maintain installation processes, templates, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate installation quotations, schedules, and activities in line with project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage installation subcontractors and field teams, including operational issues and escalations.
  • Oversee installation financials, including supplier payment approvals, client invoicing, and margin protection.
  • Manage scope changes, ensuring supplier contracts and Client POs reflect updated requirements.
  • Ensure installation quality, safety, compliance, and completion documentation.
  • Monitor KPIs, supplier performance, costs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, and other stakeholders..


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in installation, field operations, construction or project execution.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of installation processes and site coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an asset).
