We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize assembly line processes and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Optimize assembly line processes and parameters.
Create and update process documentation.
Analyze micro-downtime and identify root causes.
Monitor and analyze assembly line performance.
Conduct PFMEA for risk assessment.
Investigate mechanical failures and downtime.
Provide troubleshooting support on the line.
Implement solutions to improve quality and reduce waste.
Work with teams to set standards and drive improvements.
Requirements:
Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields or technical education with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within electronics production
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (basic level)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Effective communication and proactive approach
Strategic thinking and quality orientation
Ability to provide feedback and share knowledge
