Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong AI engineering exposure to join a high-performing technology team within Wholesale Credit & Lending Technology. The role involves building and implementing AI-powered solutions that elevate wholesale credit and lending technology platforms.
Project Details:
- Workload: full-time
- Contract: B2B, long-term
- Working model: Remote+ 6 times per month work from Office in Cracow
- Budget: 215-220 zł/h
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
- Remain hands-on with Python Full Stack development.
- Design and contribute to scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Bring practical experience in building or integrating AI-based capabilities into applications and platforms.
- Support architectural and technical decisions across the workstream.
- Conduct and oversee high-quality code reviews.
- Establish and promote modern engineering standards and development practices.
- Work closely with engineering managers, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are pragmatic, maintainable, and scalable.
- Support the modernisation and decommissioning of legacy platforms.
- Contribute to improvements in data quality, traceability, lineage, and governance.
- Support the adoption of “golden source” architecture principles.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Python Full Stack engineering experience.
- Previous experience acting as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or technical owner.
- Strong database knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL / Postgres.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications or features.
- Understanding of AI/LLM integration into enterprise software.
- Strong software architecture and system design capabilities.
- Excellent code review skills.
- Progressive engineering mindset and knowledge of modern development practices.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience delivering scalable enterprise applications.
Nice to Have:
- Quantexa experience.
