We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a project focused on KYC solutions within the financial sector. You will develop new functionalities, enhance existing applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable business solutions. Your tasks
- Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React
- Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector
- Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system
- Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database
- Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, preferably in reporting, compliance, or regulatory-related projects
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and advanced English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment
Nice to have
- Experience with goAML and CTR/STR reporting
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations
