WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for a Junior E-Learning Content Developer to support the creation of engaging digital learning experiences for a large-scale learning project.

The project involves the development of 21 comprehensive e-learning modules (approximately 45 minutes each), together with associated learning journeys and supporting learning materials.

🗝️Remote work (from any location in Poland)

🗝️7-months' project

Main tasks:

• Design and develop e-learning modules and learning journeys.
• Create engaging visual assets, infographics, and learning materials.
• Translate complex information into clear and learner-friendly content.
• Build content using Articulate Rise and ensure compliance with SCORM standards.
• Create and edit educational videos and multimedia learning elements.
• Develop engaging communication materials supporting learning program launches.

Requirements:

• 1 year of professional experience in e-learning, instructional design, multimedia design, or a related field
• Basic experience with Articulate Rise or other e-learning authoring tools
• Knowledge of instructional design and learner experience principles
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools
• Basic video creation and editing skills
• Ability to create clear visualizations, infographics, and engaging learning assets
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment with new digital solutions
• Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
