Who we are looking for
🚀 Join us as a Solutions Architect (AWS)
At Deloitte, you'll help some of the world's leading financial institutions build
modern, cloud-native customer experience platforms. As part of our fast-growing Engineering team in Central Europe, you'll design
scalable AWS architectures for next-generation contact center solutions and play a key role in large-scale digital transformation programs.
💡 What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience designing distributed systems (financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Kinesis, SQS, EventBridge, S3, EC2, and ECS Fargate
- Experience with distributed systems architecture, integration patterns, and API design
- Knowledge of networking, security, and serverless architecture best practices
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models
- Basic understanding of data integrations (ETL/ELT, data lakes)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- EU work permit
⭐ Nice to have:
- Experience integrating web or mobile applications with backend services (REST, SOAP, Webhooks)
- Knowledge of identity management (SSO, MFA)
- Familiarity with contact center technologies and processes (IVR, call routing, authentication, customer journey)
- AWS Certifications
Your future role
- Acting as supporting architect for large scale, multi release transformation program
- Creating solution architecture/strawman diagrams together with tech leads depicting e2e working solution in various domains
- Participating in solution architecture review sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure compliance withfunctional and non-functional requirements
- Driving delivery teams to keep LLD in line with foreseen solution architecture
- Collaborate with delivery teams to optimize SDLC processes based on architecture possibilities and constraints
