We are looking for a skilled and motivated Rust Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team in DHA Phase 6 Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent English communication skills, and a good understanding of US workplace culture and professional communication standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Rust
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Communicate effectively with international clients and team members
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Rust development
- Strong understanding of backend development concepts
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Well aware of US business culture and communication etiquette
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours
