Ibtidah Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer (Python) with 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building scalable applications and solving complex technical challenges, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system communication
• Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot bugs, defects, and production issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Requirements• 2 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms
• Knowledge of operating system fundamentals (threads, processes, memory management)
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
