Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver quality applications.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems into mobile applications.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Conduct application testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
- Implement new features and improvements based on business and user requirements.
- Manage application releases and assist with publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Flutter/mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Strong understanding of Firebase and related services is preferred.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture, UI/UX principles, and responsive design.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, on-site environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
