We are looking for disciplined Full Stack Developers who can contribute to building and maintaining high performance web applications within a collaborative remote team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Next.js, and React Native
- Implement consistent and responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Build and optimize scalable back-end services using Node.js, Nest.js, and Express
- Design and maintain database structures using MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Write clean, modular, and well documented code in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable releases
- Participate in code reviews and maintain software engineering best practices
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement security standards to protect application integrity and data privacy
Qualifications- 2–3 years of professional full stack development experience
- Advanced knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and Express
- Proficiency in React and Angular with strong UI/UX awareness
- Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus)
- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Open to candidates across early to mid-level experience
