Role and Responsibilities
- Drive the software development process from initial concept to deployment.
- Ensure smooth post-deployment operations by maintaining and upgrading existing software.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, and release.
- Guide the team in analyzing requirements, writing code, building features, and deploying updates.
- Monitor automated testing activities and share actionable insights with the management team.
- Update, test, and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is essential.
- Proficiency in databases such as MongoDB or MySQL is preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, results-driven work environment.
