The Quality Officer shall be primarily responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Companys Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards. The Quality Officer shall assist in the documentation, reporting, and coordination of quality-related activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Quality Management System:
- Serves as the Incident Report System (IRS) Administrator, coordinating and maintaining the IRS records, preparing documentation, and providing administrative support during Incident Report (IR) meetings;
- Assists in the development, review, and recommendation of policies and procedures aimed at improving the Companys internal processes and systems, and supports initiatives to promote compliance with industry standards and applicable government regulations;
- Maintains, updates, and safekeeps manuals and documented information containing the Companys policies, procedures, processes, and systems;
- Assists in the scheduling and conduct of internal audits on personnel and/or departments to monitor compliance with established policies and procedures, and supports the development of quality improvement measures;
- Assists in discussions and coordination with managers, department heads, and the Human Resources Department in relation to root cause analysis, as well as the development and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to minimize incidents and prevent recurrence.
