Design, install, configure, and maintain structured cabling systems and low-voltage systems
Handle CCTV, access control, FDAS, and other auxiliary/security systems implementation
Prepare and review BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for projects
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Troubleshoot technical issues related to cabling, network, and electronic systems
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding project requirements and updates
Prepare technical documentation, reports, layouts, and as-built plans
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and turnover of installed systems
Assist in project estimation, costing, and material sourcing
Maintain quality, safety, and industry standards during project execution
Provide technical support and recommendations for system improvements
Attend meetings and submit regular project status reports
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks
Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field
Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) is an advantage
With experience in structured cabling systems, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in CCTV systems, access control, and auxiliary systems
Familiar with BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and evaluation
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics
Experience in network cabling standards such as Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, and rack management
Knowledge of low-voltage systems and network infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or related design software
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to do site visits, project monitoring, and field work
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
