System Availability-Ensure assigned systems and applications are consistently available and operational within agreed service levels.
System Performance-Maintain optimal performance of systems by regularly monitoring and addressing potential issues.
Security Compliance-Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
System Installation and Configuration-Assist in setting up servers, storage, and networking equipment. Configure operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
System Monitoring and Maintenance-Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or issues. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.
Troubleshooting and Support-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests. Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or with two (2) years of experience in systems engineering, IT support, or a related role.
Familiar with technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Able to participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
