A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Complaint intake and assessmentTranslation to stakeholders (English Korean)
Customer Communication to record and handle complaintsProcess the event within the complaint database as per instruction.Field Corrective Action documentation
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must for this role
- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered
- Able to communicate in both English and Korean (TOPIK II Certified) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Korea
