What Youll Do
- Oversee service delivery projects nationwide
- Lead a small technical team and manage subcontractors
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Track project progress and update local management on ongoing and upcoming projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or technical roles
- Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects is a plus
- Customer-facing experience is a plus
- Exposure to technical tasks or systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and Tagalog; Bisaya preferred
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
