Qualifications
Must be a 4-year graduate of BS/BA Psychology or any human resource degree.
With at least 6 months of working experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Can work with less supervision.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Possess an attention-to-detail attitude.
Good communication skills.
Can work on-site
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing to onboarding) across all business units of EquiServe, All Sites
- Support offsite and onsite recruitment activities
- Update sourcing channels and ensure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Attend weekly calibration with Hiring Managers to ensure familiarization with hiring requirements
- Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment tracker
- Provide insights to the current talent market and situation
- Represent Equicom Services, Inc recruitment team across internal and external stakeholders; act as a brand expert in delivering effective candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Closely coordinate with HR for on-boarding concerns
- Ensure compliance to Recruitment Audits Ensure strict confidentiality of all recruitment information
- 201 filing compliance
- Other task and responsibilities as assigned
