Cold Callers to join our remote team and help expand our Virtual Assistant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 20 outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our VA services.
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate how our virtual assistants can add value.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive approach to sales conversations.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and close deals.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales cold calling, preferably in the VA or outsourcing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working PST hours and handling outbound calls remotely.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
