Prepares and reviews financial information. He/she manages account records, processes transactions, and analyzes financial data. He/she also advises Finance Officers, Team Leaders, and internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors compliance of regional offices on the day-to-day tasks
- Monitors compliance of regional offices on the requirements of their respective RDO and LGU
- Checks supporting documents if they met the minimum requirements of BIR
- Assists in submission of letters and documents to the BIR
- Assists in the preparation of documents during BIR audits
- Assists in liaising to LGU and other government agencies for HQ
- Other tax-related tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred
- Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus
