Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming shipments from suppliers or delivery personnel
Verify delivery documents against actual items received, including quantity, quality, and specifications
Inspect received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues immediately
Accurately record received items in the inventory management system
Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations
Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, shortages, and discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the receiving area
Assist in inventory counting and stock audits as needed
Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Graduate of a vocational course or bachelors degree in any field
With experience in receiving items and equipment, preferably electronics or construction materials
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable in warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Familiar with ERP or SAP systems
Physically fit and willing to perform heavy lifting
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
With strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledgeable in proper handling of electronic equipment and materials
Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment is an advantage
Trustworthy, disciplined, and hardworking
Willing to render overtime when necessary
With experience in inventory management and stock monitoring
With good attention to detail and ability to accurately inspect and record incoming items and materials
Willing to be assigned in Plainview, Mandaluyong City
Can start immediately
