Job Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment
channels.
Learn and understand the job descriptions and hiring requirements of assigned roles
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Prepare candidate profiles and endorsement reports
Assist in managing client requirements and recruitment timelines
Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment experience
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, BPO hiring, or executive search is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online sourcing platforms
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
Eager to learn and grow in the recruitment/headhunting industry
