What you'll be doing;

  • Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Help develop and implement effective sales, strategies and action plans.
  • Help monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and guidance to the team.
  • Help develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for each market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

What we're looking for;

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen or HORECA industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating
  • sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiationskills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
